Visited the drvethru April 20Politely asked what type of soup they were serving.Was rudelytold “ It is the same soup we serve everyday, chicken noodle & cream of broccoli”Her attitude was rude & disrespectful. Having a bad day, then stay home or work elsewhere!

If the drive-thru was any slower we would he going backwards....ive see many leave the line because it was taking too long. Coffee should be free if we have to burn 10$ worth of gas waiting in the drive thru

The new additions in the menu ie the Habanero/ cilantro lime chicken are just great. Sooo delicious. Comparing with other locations, at this place the portions are filled properly.

I walked in to the restaurant, sat down at a table, within 15 mins a employee came up to me and asked me to leave if I wasn't buying anything.. meanwhile I was charging phone so I cud pay through my phone. Then I stood in line for 5 mins waiting for a worker to come take my order meanwhile a employee was mopping the floor behind me, I had to ask the employee mopping if there was anyone else working she said yeah, theres 3 of us here.. Oh okay then, I responded. She had then went on her headset and said there's a customer at the front.. it took about 7 minutes for someone to come to the front... Keep in mind this is at 3:45 am. The restaurant was empty, I was the only customer at the time... I ended up leaving , due to the lack of effort, and customer service skills..I will never go back to this location again.82 FRONT ST. If you can run a drive thru all night then you should be able to leave the doors unlocked after 10:00pm Other than that, there good during the day.

At approximately 5:30 PM, June 26, 2023, I proceeded through the drive through and ordered a large French Vanilla. Upon arriving at the window I swiped my point card, then proceeded to give the clerk at the window $4. He kept the money in hand for a few moments. I waited for my change but he wasn't making any purposeful movement towards the cash which prompted me to ask how much it was. The Clerk replied it was free after I swiped my card, but made no effort to return my money. I extended my hand and asked for my $4 back, which he did.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered 1 xl 2 cream and 1 cafe mocha I received a cafe mocha with two cream. I said there was two drinks they made me the 2 cream and rudely told me they weren't remaking the mocha and to just take it. I spent $30 on coffee and food, if the staff can't place an order correctly, or make an order correctly, or deal with customer service correctly, maybe they should rethink their career. They are not doing the company any favours. Do not go here.
