Loooonnggggggg line ups. Like from the counter to the front door long. I showed up after being left on hold for 15min. I don’t usually go here so it may have been a bad day. I saw the line, found my tire iron on my own and didn’t like the price. Went elsewhere and found another for half the cost. Shop around and only attend if necessary.

First time at this location a week ago. I went in and stood at the parts counter for almost 10 minutes. I was the only customer in the entire store. A guy and girl working the counter clearly wanted no part in assisting me. Zero acknowledgment. They did everything in their power to avoid eye contact with me. It was actually comical. They got their way. I turned around and walked out.
