Steel n ink Polo park

My 7yr old had her ears pierced today by Emery. Emery did a fantastic job and made her feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything she was doing. My daughter barely felt a thing and was super happy with the results. Other staff there were equally as friendly, great experience overall!!

I was really terrified to get my first tattoo, but most shops will just do it and try to take as much of your money as they can, so I wanted someplace that seemed trustworthy. I am so happy I found Steel n Ink could because the work they did was great and they were super friendly and thanks again.!!

Just got my septum done with them and it was a lovely experience. Both of the staff members I interacted with were so nice and answered any questions really well. While it was a super calm and welcoming environment it was also very professional, I felt fully informed every step of the way. It was nice and quick too and just a good experience over all. Looking forward to coming back for anything else I need in the future! :)

*updated as I now have had 3 piercings here*Came here in summer for tragus piercing, came back later after a perfect heal for a downsize and two more piercings. Everything was very sterile and clean and I’m always happy to see piercing shops carry high quality brands that will only sell to reputable piercers. The booking process is really simple in store or online and Leesha is one of the most approachable piercers I've ever met. The piercings were quick and done perfectly all time. They have great deals every week on Sundays and Wednesdays - make sure you book well in advance! They also have online waivers to speed up your time in the shop on the day of your appointment and a great rewards program. I recommend this shop to everyone and after nearly two decades of getting pierced I'm happy as heck to have a regular place to go to!

My daughter (age 11) had her first-time ears pierced by Lee. The experience was super positive. The entire staff are excellent from choosing jewelry to the piercing process and explanation of aftercare. Lee had a stuffy sitting on the big chair when we arrived which and was comforting right away, and took time to answer all our questions. Highly recommend.

This place was great and a quick session was amazing. Come back for touchups after is here, so I can’t wait to see if I even need that but it’s great that they offered.

I got my nipples done today by Lee! She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and in good hands! Was very quick. I really recommend going here! The lady working the front was also friendly and they were quick to get me in!

Just went to get my bridge done yesterday and felt good going and trying a new place in hopes it went well. The shop was nice and it was clean so I trusted the piercer and said where I felt it was even .. after she was done said it might sit off due to swelling so I tried to trust her judgments again as she does this for her job.. the more I looked at it after i left the more I could see that the piercing is SO CROOKED. I ended up taking it out after taking some pics so that it could close fast so I can get it redone properly. Can't even get a refund either and don't want to go back. Extremely bummed about it. Called and left a message but my call was not returned

First time I stopped in I needed help getting a hoop in my daith piercing. The piercer took me in and did it free of charge.Second time needed a good quality septum ring clicker. Affordable cost and they will put in jewelry bought there free of charge. They will also put in jewelry you bring in for a small fee which I really appreciate. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
