Ordered for pick up food and want ready, floor is so sticky and gross it literally broke my shoe. Lady just said sorry and turned around. Calling health board next. They either need staff that care about slips, the elderly, and cleanliness! Pop breeds bugs and brings infestation

They are mostly good and then they aren't. What bugged me today was that it was my fault that they put mustard and all the toppings on a sandwich I specifically said only meat cheese Mayo and Lettuce, so they remade it and forgot the Lettuce. And since when did they stop making chopped salads and just lay everything in the bowl? So inconvenient to eat. Oh and the forks are made of cardboard.

passing through Sylvan lake for lunch, had great service at the beginning while dining in despite how busy it got, i payed debit as i was living for one more sandwich but it did not go through so i then payed cashed as i was leaving the store i received a payment notification i went back in to show them and they told me it couldn't be bothered on their end and told me to go to the bank, i did and the bank sent me right back with print offs of their terminal and my purchase i received my money back fairly quickly but it was as if the lady Beverly, i’m assuming the manager, did not want to help nor was there any kind customer service or apologies from her end she seemed to have an angry composure over a simple situation that could have been solved right then and there.

I placed an online order tonight and the restaurant happened to be out of the specific flavour of drink I had ordered, I received a call from a very nice female employee to offer an alternate beverage choice, she was very pleasant and accommodating. The sandwiches were prepared exactly as ordered and were great as well! Great Subway experience!

The tone was off from the start. I could feel the tension from the girl asking one word questions. When our food had flies on it and we pointed it out, she tossed it out in hostile way and said I can't do anything about the flies. Her tone remained rude and made us uncomfortable. When the next customer came in, she was very pleasant. He was white and we are a black and white couple. I'm not saying she's racist, it just felt odd to see her so nice after being so rude to us. The girl on the till was nice but we definitely won't be back for any amount of free subs.

Worst subway I ever been too. Never got bread. Food is mediocre at best. Staff is usually snotty with you. Toaster either never works or is turned off an hour or so before they close. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I've been meaning to write this for a while. very brining of march 2021 I had covid so I did curb side pick up. I pull up and I dint get my drink the younger lady working was very unpleasant and told me I had to go in to get it because its a fountain drink. I said okay well I have covid that's why I chose curtsied pick up. then another younger girl comes out with my drink as a medium (suppose to be a large) though I didnt even care at this point. the other girl snatches it out of her hands, goes inside, pours the medium into a large cup and didnt top it off just left it like it was only a little over half full lol. and handed it to me I said umm thanks and she didnt say anything just stormed right back in,, as if they were busy. they didnt have 1 customer in there I could see. I still go to this subway and still appreciate when I have great customer service I always tip extra well but I can't stop thinking about that experience I had. awful. definitely seemed like teenage girls.

2 males working were throwing knives on the cutting board. Joking around. Had to ask and show customers bread because they didn’t know what whole wheat was apparently. My sub was made horribly. Barely any chicken or bacon. Couple pieces of lettuce. Don’t hire male kids if they can’t control themselves

Had the club sub, which I normally get every time. Best I have had was at this visit on Monday March 27th 2023.
