After having inspection done, we purchased our house and days after closing we found electrical outlets not working, plumbing and sewer problems as well as leaks and roofing problems. Home inspection was just a waste of money if you ask me. 5 months since moving in we've paid thousands of dollars in repairs already. Filing a complaint with all levels.

This home inspector (ADAM) was in our home recently and we returned to multiple issues. The worst of which... he left our hot water heater turned to the HOTTEST level. Not only have we been paying to heat the water to scalding temperatures, nut the 2 separate showers my daughter and husband took were so hot (even with adjusting)that they both felt burned afterwards!!!! There were so many things he inadvertently" forgot that now we feel the need to go through our home to double check EVERYTHING!!! BEWARE - DECLINE ANY HOME INSPECTIONS WITH A&A!!"

Adam's service is outstanding! He was able to come to our location last minute, right after a previous job he just finished. Adam is very respectful, thorough, and straight forward. He checks every inch of the home when inspection inside and out using the latest technology. This was my first home inspection with Adam, and I would not hesitate to give a call again.
