Inspire Restaurant
Small asian fusion restaurant that serves unique dishes I haven’t had anywhere else. The chicken and waffles here doesn’t taste like the typical dish you’d think it would taste like. The chicken was juicy and overall the dish was full of different flavours that complimented each other. The alcoholic drink just tasted like juice and wasn’t much to them. The server was welcoming and funny but the service for the food was a little slow. I would still highly recommend this place! And also remember to make reservations online since it’s a small place

Authentic, one of a kind, fusion cuisine and juicy delicious dishes - I will definitely be coming back.5 stars for excellent customer service, juicy original tasting burger, fair priced for high quality meals and large portions.

Such a cute spot! Their menu is so creative and fun! We ordered the duck confit fries which were amazing. We also shared the shittake carbonara Udon which was all right! The Waff Out Loud was sooo good! The fried chicken was delicious.

First time coming here. We ordered the chicken waffles and the Inspire burger. The burger was good, and the fries were crispy. Chicken and waffles was just average. The fried chicken was nice, but they added some kind of fruit jam which did not make it better. The waffles were also soggy. For $22 each, the portions were acceptable.I had no issues with the service. The food came pretty slow though, considering we were the first table to place an order.

Food is incredible here. Sometimes the food quality varies (maybe it depends on the chef?) But they don't consistently hit 10/10.Presentation and creativity scored high.Locomoco is a must try. The salmon bowl was well made but the salmon lacked a kick/spice/flavour.Overall, come here expecting high quality food but not perfection.

We haven’t ordered here for awhile and this place did not disappoint! We ordered The O.G. INSP Burger and upgraded our fries to the Duck Confit Fries. Still savoury and delicious as it was before when they first opened. Customer service was excellent. Provided extra napkins and an extra container as asked. Great spot in Markham.

Good food, amazing service. When I came in on May 7th, there was only one waitress on floor but service was pretty fast. Ordered the Yuzu Shrimp for appetizer and it was phenomenal. The waitress recommended the Wagyu Loco Moco for main entree but it was a little too salty for me. Overall, would definitely be back to try other dishes.

Absolutely amazing food, with great service and setting!Taste: 5/5Service: 5/5Setting: 5/5Value: 5/5The food here was great, and although the place was packed, the servers were quick to clean and set a table for us as soon as one was open. The menu was packed full of goodness that we are looking forward to returning to eat!The fries were very well done, and paired excellently with the dipping sauce. The burger was perfectly medium rare and each bite was a delightful mix of Asian and Western flavors. Each ingredient was clearly well thought out and complimented each other for a very delicious meal.The rice was very fragrant and all of the food was very fresh. Each ingredient had clearly been carefully selected to combine together for this dish, culminating in a dish that was full of flavors, yet did not feel heavy afterwards.Overall, this is a restaurant that I strongly encourage people to visit, and I can't wait to go back again!

We made reservations and got the table at the exact time. Their reservation system is very organized.The calamari and yuzu shrimp was amazing.However, our two main dishes (wagyu loco moco & Crab alla vodka) were very salty. I don't know what went wrong there. I told the server and they offered to replace our meal, but we declined since we ate most of it.Service is great and the ambience is nice there.If you haven't tried this place before I would definitely recommend going.
