I find that the staff here are useless. I've stayed in that shelter for 4 or 5 years and the housing manager were not able to help me find housing.I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here.

Better youth shelters in Toronto. Staff were ignorant to my needs in 98 and tossed me out for no justifiable reason. Don't go here. Bad area of REXDALE as well.

Not safe for youth. Unclean, nasty washrooms, lots of harassment and bullying and staff would rather discharge everyone involved, including the victims, than take care of a problem. They might have painted a rainbow circle on the back of the building but they won't do anything if you're being bullied by residents and staff. Just stay away from this place, especially if you're lgbt+. Only nice staff are the case workers, job developers, and housing workers, but they have no say in who's discharged so it's up to the bigoted frontline staff.

It is a great organization that is trying to help the youth, we, my family and the church will take clothes and food items, and for Xmas as well.

Seemed like a nice place for a shelter though I didn't tour it just made a delivery to a nice kitchen staff member

What a wonderful people they are what a wonderful service they are providing...May god bless the individuals who are running it.. Neat food, good accommodation and many more for people in need. They accept volunteers from all walks of life even I did volunteering. Wonderful experience.
