Needed a ride to the hospital. No taxi’s available.. dispatch couldn’t explain to me when was available. Once I asked the right questions for him to understand, it was an hour wait. Just ended up walking Jan 22/23

Unreliable.Called and booked a cab, 5 hours prior too, for a ride to the airport. Waited 20 minutes past the agreed upon time and had to find another way there. Cab company called 30 minutes after the time they were supposed to be there.Once again. Unreliable.

What a joke i try get a cab to the dam call at 3 pm they said 20-30 minutes that’s ok… then then call said another 30 minutes..ok the driver calls tells me 20 minutes and asked wear I needed to go i said a few stops working guy just doing running around he said no stops and it would be 30 more minutesYou gota be kidding me what a joke of a company

I called and waited for 2 hours. I was originally told it would be 30 minutes to an hour. Called back for updates multiple times and was given a multiple ETA’s all of which were wrong.I called back and told them to cancel it. It’s ridiculous and I wasted 2 hours of my day waiting for absolutely nothing.

Zero stars for Teco / FSJ Taxi. Call Energetic Taxi if you need a ride. I called 2 hours in advance to catch a taxi to the airport. The dispatch was not familiar with Fort St. John and didn’t know where the GM dealership is. Obviously not a local dispatch, and poor communication skills. Taxi did not arrive as scheduled so I called dispatch after waiting. They told me 5 more minutes. I waited another 15 minutes. Called again and was told 5 more minutes. Finally the driver arrived 1/2 hour late. A 5 minute drive cost me $35 with no tip.

i would give them zero stars if i could, absolute worst company i’ve ever had to deal with even the drivers hate the dispatchers, consistently lied to about the time of arrival. when you call and ask for an update they give you the same wait time every time and make excuses like i was told my driver was stuck behind the train tracks then magically he was here telling me dispatch needs to be fired

Had a wonderful driver not only did he help load the van he also helped unload afterwards. And backed in when I requested, so friendly and had some really good smelling cologne didn’t catch his name though but I’ve had him before and noticed I wasn’t uncomfortable and again he smelt so nice

Booked a taxi the day before - called them 3 times as they were late and we had to get to the airport. Kept telling us they were on their way but after waiting 20 minutes we made other arrangements. I would not use this service if you have to be somewhere on time.
