We held a piano recital for kids, which will be recorded for all the parents to enjoy, On contract we asked for one working microphone TO RECORD. On the day of recital, the microphone and the AV system was not working. The supervisor said she needed to ask the technician to come and fix it.. but we would need to pay EXTRA. Which is ridiculous as a working av system is included in the rental fee.After the event we stayed after and made sure everything was put back together with the supervisor.After a month went by, we suddenly received an email saying we damaged the av system so we will not be getting our 200 dollar deposit back. Will be the last time we will do anything with this CHURCH"."
