One of the worst customer service and company ever. They won't refund my Fund money back even I am requesting to close my account. Everything has changed since I have started with them. Just looking a way to steal your money.

I am taking the time to write this review about my experience with Shipvista. I would normally never write a review as I would rather use my time for something else. However, I feel this my help someone in their decision in using Shipvista. Initially everything was going great until I started getting charges about items being overweight. Items that were nowhere near the weight being claim. Being a small business although I had proof of what was being sent which was a few ounces we decide that our time was too important to spend it on submitting claims. This could be a glitch in their system but it was just too many with no easy way to dispute. I have moved on to other e-commerce shippers with no issues.

Fastest and Cheapest Shipping Service worth every penny you spent . Prompt customer service as well , would definitely go back to them for all my shipping .
