The girl who works there amy is very rude told my autistic child to be quite is a store not a park.i told her to mind her business because she's my daughter not hers and if my child want to talk she has a right to.if this person doesn't get fired I will go to the news for tramatizing my daughter and I will also be sure to have you pay for her therapist bills.amy was a bigger woman not thin had crators in her face kept itching her head..she waited before the line was down the isle and said oh I guess I should get someone to open another cash lol worst staff not friendly better business bureau will be called don't you ever EVER TALK TO MY CHILD RUDE AGAIN OR I WILL BE MEETING YOU OUTSIDE IN THE DARK.

Today is Jan 2nd, 2023 (Monday @ 4:29pm). I was overcharged for an additional item that I did not buy. I looked at the receipt and reported the issue to cash. A manager came and started yelling and was extremely rude saying We do not give money back". I am not sure how this person is a manager when you speak in a very rude way to your customers? This person needs to be evaluated back for this low level of behaviour towards customers. The way you raise your voice over the customer voice knowing you are in the wrong the fault is from your side is not appreciated nor tolerated. You hold a "Manager" title for a reason.. If you do not fit in such position

The dirtiest most unorganized store I’ve ever had the displeasure of stepping foot in. Every aisle was a complete mess, the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years.At this point they should throw out the entire store and start over.

This dollar tree is good the cashier named amey is one of the best and hard workers in this store she's well mannered and she is very friendly with kids I know she always talks to my little guy she should get a raise or even promoted because this young lady is one amazing employee and in my eyes she deserves to have other one or just both and I hope she does not go anywhere thank you

Their candy aisle and the candy near the cash register was so organized. Their office supplies aisle was so disorganized I couldn't find anything. Very disappointed. I do hope they can fix that up. Maybe change the type of shelves they are using. They could also rearrange how they display their products in that aisle. I would hate for dollar tree to close because of their disorganization issues.

I came by in this store and a small thin lady in the back store approach me. And told that do not spray what you spray it makes me choke..I don’t like this store I will not comeback in this store. Rude and no customer training regarding customer service.

They've started to clean up the place finally! It used to be a disaster, which was sad because I love Dollar Tree. So much selection! So cheap! It seems they must have new management or new staff (more staff?!), since the aisles are much more organized and tidy, so it's easier to find items. Thanks to the current staff who are making efforts!

Dollar tree store , next to Food Basics, on the St.Laurent Boulevard Ottawa,. Before they had powder detergent and dryer sheet for 1.50 Cad each box , but these items discontinued .However; I still visit the store once in a while for special needs, cheap ones such as mops (head replacements) , bottles of PURest Hand Cleanser, cans of the mixed beans for cooking soup, kitchen utensils for almost 1.50 Cad per item.You could count something there to add up to your home advantage without spending big bucks to somewhere else .

This store is centrally located, so it is often busy and the line-up for the cash can be long. There are times I have left without purchasing for this very reason. In any case, always able to find something - especially seasonal items. Staff are generally friendly.
