My experience with Regal Crest Homes for my first home was incredible. Linda was such a great help and really made the décor selection a stress free experience. Her knowledge regarding what upgrades would suit my vision for the home was amazing and I truly felt that I was in good hands. She always responded to any concerns I had over email quickly and efficiently. I can't wait to see my new home!

I bought a home with Regal Crest and the experience has been very easy and incredible. Their quality in materials is above most other builders and I need to say that their after-purchase service is amazing. Dave, the site supervisor answers all our questions/concerns and sends employees to come and fix the issues very quickly. Mike was also very nice and helpful as well with our tarion 30 day and 1 year items. He came a few times himself to check on the items we submitted. He would also answer all the questions I have (and there were quite a few!). Maurizio is someone I really appreciate and think that Regal should be proud of to have on their team for 20+ years. He came in to fix the items in the work order and he was SO helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond his job duties to help me fix many items in the house and had the patience to explain what caused those issues and what he did to fix them. There are a few more people that were very helpful as well, but which I forgot their names, such as the electrician and plumber. I would definitely buy another home in the future from Regal Crest!

Our experience could not be more positive. Dealing with a collection of new homeowners can be a tough, but Marco does it with class, courtesy and kindness to ensure a satisfied Regal Crest customer. Marco understands that he is the face of the brand for the customer and goes above and beyond to create a lasting relationship. Marco's team is also amazing working under his leadership to ensure that the root issue is addressed and not just covered up with a temporary solution. My experience with Regal Crest Homes was Great. Linda was really patient and helpful. we had our selections on the decor appointment date, and we made some additional changes after 5 months. Linda really provide a legendary purchase experience :D

What an remarkable builder. We bought our second home from Regal Crest and once again, they've impressed us with their excellent customer service, quality of work and amazing staff who was always ready to answer all of our questions and queries. I must say that the Regal Crest Decor Centres are the best in all of the GTA. There are tons of options to choose from and the best part is their standard options are just as good as upgraded ones from other builders. Our Decor Rep was Kim. She is simply the best. She is so knowledgeable and sweet. She is also extremely patient and was considerate with our indecisiveness. You can ask her a million questions and she's always ready to help. We would like to thank Kim for her assistance and advice. It was really a very pleasant and exciting experience dealing with you guys. Keep doing what you guys are best at and once again, big thanks to Kim!

Our experience with Rimma at Decor Center was great. She made the process simple, comprehensive, and ultimately professional. Most of all, Rimma was patience with clients, very organized and provide relaxing interactions. She turned the whole experience of decision makings to a stress free pleasure. We couldn’t have asked for a better representative.

We bought a new home from Regal Crest Home more than 3 years ago. The house was well built with few issues. The builder has been very responsive and efficient in providing the necessary service to fix all the problems. Marco, Service Manager, is most knowledgeable and patient in communication with inexperienced new owners like us. We are truly fortunate to have his help for which we are deeply grateful. We are very happy with the overall experience and will not hesitate to recommend Regal Crest Home to friends!

About a year into the purchase and a few months away from moving in - but the experience has been fantastic so far with members of the Regal Crest team. Services came with professionalism and knowledgable background on what the team is looking to sell and deliver. Spent the most amount of time with Tony and Phil of their sales team who provided excellent before and after signing communication and service. Tony gave tremendous amount of invaluable experience sharing and suggestions, while Phil gave us prompt and details feedback on everything we had asked for. This is on top of their own unique personalities and attributes (positive of course). Home decor appointment was equally rewarding when we worked with Rimma at the decor centre. Like I said to her, I would not have the patience she provided us throughout our process which required some time. She was not pushy nor sales driven, and provided opinions whenever its was asked. This is on top of the extremely knowledgeable background she has provided us. When items were unfamiliar or unknown at the moment to her, she was quick and willing to take the extra step to seek out and respond on a prompt basis. Overall, this was our first purchase of a new build and its lasting a positive memory for our family. Thank you Tony, Phil, Rimma, and all the contractors who we saw working hard on our new future home! Kudos to Regal Crest Home on delivering a strong product and team!

We purchased a detached home with Regal Crest in 2020 and our new home construction experience was excellent from the very beginning. My wife and I are very happy and grateful with the customer service during every step of the process. Starting with Marc at the sales centre, Linda from the Decor centre, Masimo the site supervisor and lastly Erdemer the service manager.I want to particularly thank Masimo and Erdemer as they both went above and beyond to assure that our concerns are not only addressed promptly but delivered with excellent results. They truly look at your house as one of their own.We've had many friends and family buy with other home builders in the GTA and expressing issues with communication and craftsmanship. Thankfully Regal Crest has not been the case.
