Had a Sata 5000 RP for sale on Craigslist soon as you contact them they said sold and then say I'm removing the post and still posted..If this is their behaviour on Craigslist just imagine what it's like dealing directly with them about your car

Owner Adam seemed nice. I questioned how he would fix my door. He wanted pull out the dents by using welded on pins then hammer it. Finally would use bondo to smooth. I asked him why not just replace the skin of the door? He mentioned it wouldn’t be as good and would lead to future rust. I found that hard to believe since the OEM door are assembled this way. I went to another Auto-body shop, Preston Collision Centre. They revealed the truth. I proper repair is to replace the skin of the door with OEM parts and return to factory specs. In short, Mastersauto wanted to patch up and hide the damage which would fail in the future. Also improper repair would cause rust inside the door due to weld burns and secondly the support brace would not be repaired correctly. Masterauto quoted almost identical repair cost! Masterauto wanted to sacrifice a proper repair to gain more profit. If you don’t care about workmanship, Masterauto is your repair shop.

He repaired my Mercedes door which was damaged from Hit & Run.I claimed ICBC and one of my friend recommended Master Autobody.So I dropped my car with no doubt.When it's finished I couldn't find any defects and the colour match was perfect. Car was washed and cleaned inside and outside.I was very happy about his work.I highly recommend Master Autobody.

I took my honda civic here for bodywork, it has many scratches and bumps. Adam did a great job paint matching to cover the scratches and repairing the bumps. My car looks (almost) brand new! I'm very happy with the result! I would highly recommend this place.
