Nice people an unpleasant experience. Short staffed for the morning rush and it's every morning which leads me to believe the company is more intent on profit than customer satisfaction. Or they can't find enough people to work which usually indicates lower than industry standard wages. But either way expect over worked staff and annoyed clients if you go before 0900.

Absolutely disgusted with the service recieved from Jo Anne. Was very aggressive when I asked a question. Customer service was terrbile. UPDATE: change rating from 1 to 3 because management delt with my complain in a very satisfactory way and followed up after speaking with the employee. . Thank you

Worst place ever!Every time save my spot shows I was on time, the technician have me waiting for over 1.5 hours.Everyone’s time is valuable.Especially, when you need to be fasting.

Had an excellent experience with the entire process here. The staff were very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and quick. The young girl doing the COVID screening at the front and conducting a lot of the operation did a fantastic job as well. Great staff overall especially considering how busy they are now and the extra work and caution needed due to the virus

Dont use this location unless you have an appointment.Its so hit and miss, you might wait an acceptable 20 min or an absured 2+ hours. The wait timer is totally useless and they dont have the hold my spot system online. Your faster to drive out of town and use the Ladysmith location. As an example I dropped in a little after 8am with the wait timer telling me 117min so I got in line got my stuff figured out and they said have a seat we will be with you in 20-30 min I said I would be back around 9:30 as thats when I could take that much time out (based on the timer) they said oh just ignore the timer its always wrong" I felt like getting mad

The best in Nanaimo because of staff, it is inside a mall so walk ins can walk be inside and comfortable. Standing outside is no fun.

Not impressed! This is what happens when a company has no competition! The save my spot app is absolutly useless. Then you arrive, checkin and the staff member forgets to check you in! Over an hour later!

Garbage wait times. The only thing that makes sense in the end isnt even short staff... it's incompetent lab techs. To have to wait 2Hours+ for a simple UDS is abysmal. Even if you have an appointment it means nothing, you will be made to wait hours past your appointment time. If you are walking in best to get here at 730am when the doors open. If you do you could still wait a half hour if you are the first person in the door. *Don't forget to be first in line requires getting to Rutherford about an hour before it even opens. You simply cannot win.

Cancelled my appointment 90 minutes before scheduled time. Refused to rebook over the phone. Website was down... Probably from all the other people cancelled. I called the automated phone booking system but it went to voicemail. I made this appointment months ago and you have created an ungodly amount of stress for me as a result. I hate you life labs. And I hate that there aren't any reasonable alternatives. I can tolerate the hour long waits at the lab despite making an appointment and losing wages at my job to facilitate your horrible customer service but cancelling me entirely without at least rescheduling... Terrible. You are a medical service provider and should have your corporation destroyed and replaced by a crown agency that can provide and uphold essential services that your agency has undercut at the cost of human welfare. Shame. Zero stars!
