The store is beautiful and the staff are all very friendly and approachable! Even though I was just looking for a pair of gloves the employee ( I wish i knew her name) went to the back to show me another pair of gloves in case I liked them more. Overall, a great experience and I can’t wait to shop here again!

I love the hybrid concept of this particular Arc’teryx store. It includes both a wide selection of regularly-priced current styles as well as of discounted past season styles. Coming here can be a bit of a treasure hunt for the latter, there’s often some fantastic deals. Staff are also super helpful and friendly.

Amazing store that was clean and organized with very knowledgeable staff! One of the assistant managers that I forgot his name but he was a little shorter was super friendly and able to help me find the right jacket for my needs, definitely coming back!

If you go into this store, ask for X". This guy was knowledgeable with all the products I was interested in. X explained the pros and cons between multiple products and helped me decide on a jacket I was really interested in. I got the Thorium Hoody and I love it. When I return to make another purchase X is who I will look for."

Wanted to give some recognition to Zach. He was very knowledgeable on the technology and functionality of the garments. Informing me of his experience with the jacket in certain weather. Ended up purchasing the Sentinel Jacket and Sentinel Pants for snowboarding. He was transparent and patient as I was deciding between colours. Would definitely return to this location for future purchases. Store was organized; everyone was friendly and attentive.

I purchased 5 climbing harnesses for my roofing crew last week. I didn’t know they are final sale until I wanted to exchange a different size for one of the harnesses today. The salesperson did not mention once that they were final sale before or after I made the purchase. My husband and I purchased more than 10 pieces of clothing with thousands of dollars in their stores and online in a year. Don’t they have the money to train their staffs better to provide the services? I don’t think I will purchase their products any more.
