My efforts to communicate with Davlin, have not been reciprocated.A good product was not accompanied by good service. I have a couple of screens that were torn on installation, by Davlin staff, whom the office complained about to me; and I have sunroom doors without matching and working locks. I emailed the main company office, before posting this review, and still I received no response.

I ordered and took delivery of five large windows. When I got to my cottage and prepared to install them I was surprised to find that the screens had not been trimmed. There were no installation instructions or use and care guides. I phoned and left a message asking for the owners to call me back. I never heard from them again. I really like the actual windows but customer support is non-existent in my opinion.
