This company is great as they provide and shelter for the less fortunate while supporting them emotionally. They are great on harm reduction and provide a peer worker program that helps the residents to take control of their lives.

My best friend was with JHS for 2 years and 10 months. Prior to COVID they were a great support network. Good support staff etc, however throughout the course of COVID-19 service levels decreased, support workers cancelled and supervisors would fail to check on the client. Sometimes, not even being able to do wellness checks when called in by family members. Overall, I would recommend close monitoring of their services if a member of your family requires them, and be willing to bridge the gap in services where required even if takes a small team of family/friends. JHS wont care if they pass on while in their care in my experience.

The employee's caused me to have a 2300$ dept and be at risk for losing my rental. How do they get away treating people on disability like this.
