Gupta Anil Dr

My daughter was seen by Dr. Gupta. He was very attentive and did not mess around. In fact he made it a priority to be at her actual tests. I was so impressed. Never have I met a specialist who didn’t know us but was determined to figure out her problem no matter what. He went above and beyond and his bedside manor was amazing. I have no doubt that Dr. Gupta truly cares about his patients and wants nothing but the best for them.

Very rude receptionist! she should not work in health field period. no compassion or empathetic personality at all. I believe that if you choose to work with vulnerable people who are dealing with sickness you must possess a more kinder and gentler approach on how you interact or speak with people. But this woman i spoke with in the phone was just flat out rude! phone call was done Sept 7/2022 @4:30pm.

Arrogant and inwilling to discus the test results.

Excellent caring doctor who has been looking after my mom's cardiac health for over 10 years. He has an excellent team, is a good communicator and we trust his judgement. Highly recommend him for his expertise and knowledge.

The receptionist that works there is extremely rude and impatient. They have horrible phone etiquette and hung up on my parents. They do not return calls and are very condescending. My father had to call multiple times to get any response to confirm that a requisition was being sent to the lab. When he was able to finally get through to the receptionist, they confirmed the requisition was sent-however when my father went to the lab they did not have the requisition. He was very frustrated and overwhelmed as a result. This receptionist does not know how to work with seniors and does not seem to care. I am not surprised about the poor reviews on Google.Edit: The receptionist called my mother back and informed my mother that they are a doctor". Apparently because the receptionist is a doctor they feel that it gives them the right to treat patients in a rude and condescending manner."

There is no way the receptionist that works here knows how to interact with people. She is very rude and arrogant and do not even understand that to communicate, one has to listen and let the person finish their sentence before she talks. If a preference is given, I will avoid going in this place. Overall, not a good experience.

Today April 26, 2022 I called the office of Dr Anil at approx 3pm. The lady who answered was extremely rude and asked if I am not a current patient, she does not find the need to speak with me. This was very rude, unprofessional and such people should be fired

I have no idea what other people are referring to regarding the receptionist. I just now got off the phone with Rega and she was lovely, she is actually going above and beyond to assist me with my concerns...a lovely woman. As well Dr Gupta is wonderful too.

Such nice doctor and staff .Going there from so many years never had any problem .

My dentist wants to pull my tooth, I have been waiting since early November for him or his office to reply to my dentist request and authorize my tooth extraction.I have taken a dozen of pain killers and still waiting for his majesty to respond to my dental request.His secretary wasn't proffesional and did not want to hear my issues and what I am going through when I called back in December.Not sure what to do next ...To be fair we should give him stars for his medical challenges, but not sure how to rate this behavior.
