This moving company is above par professional and skilled at moving furniture in some of the most challenging situations. We have a 100+ year old home and the movers were so gentle and careful while moving bookshelves and a heavy credenza from upstairs down very narrow switchback staircase. Our wood floors were protected by clean runners and each piece was secured within the truck. Our furniture went in to the truck and came out of the truck as prestine as it went in. I appreciated the oversized bands that held the doors in place on my twin China cabinets. We will be moving into our new home in late summer and we will definitely be hiring Essex County Moving & Storage to move us into our new home. I would highly recommend John and his team for an effective, safe, and professional move.

My brother’s move went very smoothly despite the fact that the movers had to pick up furniture in three locations. They were very friendly, efficient and very careful with everything — true professionals. The woman who helped unpack and set up the suite was especially helpful to my brother.
