I always have a pleasant experience shopping there. I never feel pressured to buy anything, so I can take my time to browse. The manager is fantastic too! I was searching for something very specific this time and she was so patient. She helped me find what I looking for and even better.

Don't know her name but we were helped by the nicest salesperson yesterday when we were looking for Blundstone's. The store was really busy but we still got great assistance & advice- she managed to juggle multiple customers.

When shopping for shoes downtown Mtl, if you're on a budget.... try this place before going elsewhere.They have great prices on brand name shoes. Definetly the place to buy shoes for work. Sketchers, Doc Martens, Steve Madden, Adidas... etc.

Just wondering is it normal the store only offer shoe box to customers if you don’t ask for a bag with it? Or just because I ordered online and don’t deserve a bag? Never had this weird experience before!

They didn't tell me I couldn't exchange the boots without taking the box. I bought a bag instead and they still won't return them. Customer service is not good either because they wait for you to go to the counter with your shoes to get another size. Most senior staff member at the time was sitting on one of the customer chairs joking around with a friend. Emailed and called customer service and they were just as unhelpful...Will never shop there again

Unfortunately, not satisfied at all with the services here. My sister and I, we're waiting to have someone come up to us and ask us if we needed help on anything - no one actually did. Once I asked for a size in a pair of Uggs that I was looking for, he said he had it but the 2nd pair of Uggs he said he was going to go look on his machine and come back. It took him 5 too 10 minutes to look on the register if had in stock, and started serving other customers at the register at the same time. Very unprofessional.

Behaviour of two girls is very rude. Had a very bad experience. Not going back to the store again and won’t let my friends buy anything from this store.
