I have gone to a different mechanic for years . Said mechanic was booked and I had an emergent situation. Jacob went above and beyond when I called for help. As a woman I'm always scared of getting scammed which is why I stick with the mechanic I have currently however I had the greatest experience here and have decided he is my new mechanic. 100 percent recommend
