Very bad service I have received at this location in terrace bay. First I was lied to about pre postage boxes, than they didn't give me all my packages (I'm on crutches) so it's not easy to get around.. so the 1 day I have help they didn't give me all my packages. I went in the next day and the lady drags out a huge box (so big she can not carry it) and leaves it out in the open (while I'm on crutches) when I asked for help I was told no I'm the only 1 here and walks away. Leaving me to figure out this on my own. There are other ways to go about this.
