Booster Juice

Ordered online: my order wasn't complete (2 smoothies & chocolate chip pudding). When I asked for it, there was minimal effort. She asks, is it OK just to have the chia seeds? (Nothing else.) So, I said no that's ok, can I get a refund for the chia pudding then? She says no, go online to get refund and turns her back to me. I go online it says to contact the store from which I purchased from. I tried to call the store, which I JUST left and no one answered. They weren't busy 2 minutes before. Left a message, waiting for the call. I won't be going back to this location.

When you call from outside while waiting in your vehicle no answer. When you walk in they are sitting around doing nothing... not the first time this has happened. Also they got my order wrong multiple times. Not going back here, will go to Sahali as they are always perfect and professional.

The store owner has gotten back to me very quickly and has been very helpful in resolving the sitiation.Personally I've had a very very poor experience with this Booster Juice location in particular recently. I'm a high school student and I was overcharged $20.00 on a order for one regular smoothie. I hadn't noticed anything at first because I paid quickly via debt card. When I went back to the location to speak to the manager two days later I found out that the person that had originally overcharged me was the manager of the location. While I was speaking to the manager about my experience and that I was overcharged she was quite frankly rude. The manager didn't recall selling me the drink and proceeded to give me excuse after excuse as to why that what had happened could have never had happened. She was basically saying that I must have been lying even though she was the one who had sold me the drink. After trying to see if anything could be done and after she was done with giving me excuses she offered me a two for one coupon as compensation for the $20.00 I was overcharged on my order. Im very frustrated with how I was treated at this location and will not being going there again, I'd advise others to do the same.

I checked google to see when they closed, google said 8. I arrive at the store at 7:45, the stores closed, I go up to the door and on a tiny paper sign it states me hours of business. I know this is petty but hopefully the owners see this review and realize they need to update their google business hours. Other than that great smoothies

Very helpful staff when I stopped in for a smoothie. I had recent dental work done, so I couldn't have anything with seeds and the staff made some suggestions to help me with my choice. Thanks.

Customer service isn't the best. I would suggest having some training done to items on the menu you have never made before.

I asked for no yougourt because I'm Lactose intolerant and I was sure to say that and they still put it in anyways and now I'm very sick. Poor staffing and service

Just had a great smoothie by a very clearly over worked young lady. She was all by herself in the store today with about a dozen people. She deserves a raise!When staff is showing up to work alone in a busy place like this I sure hope you are paying her decent for keeping this business going. Hats off to this young lady.She's a keeper.
