Worst experience ever, receptionist Megan is a train wreck. The administration is a complete mess. I had booked an appointment for my daughter’s wisdom teeth to get extracted. It was supposed to be 5 and all along they had 4 on the invoice. Manulife did a pre determination for 4 teeth and it was 5 . There was no mention on the invoice for a fifth tooth and an x ray and an exam. I was charged by the clinic, they chose not do electronically file for me. These people don’t take responsibility for their actions. They were given 3 months and today on the day it’s still a mess. I could not believe this. The surgeon was great and his team was Amazing!!! They should not employ people who don’t know their job. They are handling private and personal information carelessly and talk about privacy and consent. What a joke. They should fire all those ladies from the admin and hire new staff. No empathy, condescending behaviour, rolling eyes as though I don’t know English. These ladies sit behind their computers and make $20 an hour , they underestimate people. No respect and no trust I wish I could give them a 0

I was in there this morning with my daughter for wisdom tooth removal. She had all four taken out which we’re all under the gums. I think she was in there for only about 20 minutes and he did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this place. The doctor that did her surgery was amazing and took the time to explain everything to her. The staff was all so nice. So much so that I even had to comment to the secretary about how good they make the patients feel.

I was very scared to get my wisdom teeth removed and everyone was so friendly! Dr. Gater did an excellent job. The doctor and nurses always made sure I was comfortable and safe. Definitely recommend, thank you so much!

Having a molar pulled is never fun. Especially when it is broken off at the gum line. Dr. MacNicol was kind, patient and very reassuring. The procedure was painless, the recovery was painless and the staff were fantastic. If you have to get a tooth pulled, do it here.

I had 3 wisdom teeth and an infected tooth out on April 4 by Dr.Bruce Mc Nicoll . The pain is minimal and the swelling is very minimal as well. Very nice staff and attentive .

Just went in yesterday for a tooth extraction and bone graft. I cannot be happier with the treatment I received. From their excellent staff all the way to Dr. Jackson, it was a fantastic experience! Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here with Dr. Gator. He was the only doctor in the entire municipality who would even consider seeing me with my current insurance situation (low income- OW coverage). For that alone, I'm extremely grateful.I got all 4 wisdoms surgically removed under full anesthesia. Dr. Gator is super kind and easy to talk to, and will take the time to explain everything to you. The best part is he didn't warn me when he administered the anesthesia which eliminated the pre-anesthesia panic attack! He just attached the IV, and I fell asleep. Following the surgery, I had a bone spur emerge from my gums and I was fit in the following day. Upon inspecting it, he quickly pulled it out within seconds (again- no warning, which was fantastic because I didn't even feel it and it eliminated the panic attack leading up to it). I have an extreme anxiety disorder and this was the BEST medical experience I've ever had.The front desk staff and nurses were all also amazing. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Gater removed 2 of my wisdom teeth and I can honestly say I could not be happier with his professionalism. I'm 41 years old and was quite worried about complications getting these teeth out and I've also never had any kind of sedation before. He was very kind and made me feel very comfortable before and after my surgery. I can't say enough good things about this doctor in regards to his work. Highly recommend seeing him. The nurses and the majority of the staff are amazing as well!

The unprofessional and condescending receptionist made it seem like being a client was a favor, overshadowing the exceptional care provided by Dr. Jackson.
