Fantastic facilities and a fantastic experience. I have been chasing a multitude of interrelated issues for almost a year now. As a physio myself, i was very impressed with Rober's knowledge and communication. I was diligent in doing my exercises but finding my progress stalled I felt I needed a thorough assessment with fresh eyes to get to the root of the problem so that I could focus on a few exercises rather than spending an hour morning and night at my mounting list. He explained his rationale for the exercises he prescribed and I feel very confident that following his advise I will see improvement and resolution.

Absolutely phenomenal group of people here. I had issues with my right shoulder extending into the neck/back of my skull for a few months towards the end of 2020, and it was causing me a constant headache for 4 months. I was recommended physiotherapy. Heard about this place from a friend and went to them. Pain is not something that ever goes away immediately, but my physiotherapist was absolutely great, and I got a lot of mobility back in that shoulder. I haven't had shoulder issues or that type of headache for about two years now. I go in for massage therapy every so often as a way of preventing re-occurrence, and It's been great. Definitely look into them if you're referred for this type of care, and trust the process.

I found it to be one of the most enlightening and educational experiences I have had in a long time in terms of my physical health and overall wellbeing. I learned more about being attuned to my posture, weight bearing, walking and even my stance. Things I never gave a second thought to I'll be paying a lot more attention to from now on. I am looking forward to my next session.

I had an appointment today, May 8th, with Robert Wickstrom and he was wonderful, very helpful and professional. I had a total knee replacement and he helped me with exercises to build up my strength.

Rob and the team at Symmetrics are amazing at what they do! I've gone to Rob on a couple of occasions for issues and he is very thorough and explains the why" to how you are feeling extremely well. I've also had clients of mine who have gone to the other services they offer with a lot of success. The space is beautiful

I cannot recommend Jordanne enough. As a professional equestrian I’ve tried to connect to many different health professionals over the years to improve my riding to benefit myself and my horses. I had really given up. After having a few falls I just wanted to make sure I was “ok” and didn’t expect to find someone that would not just treat the symptoms but the cause of my set backs. These are limitations that had held me back from achieving my full potential for years. Jordanne treated my issues hands on and sent me away with exercises to permanently improve my body mechanics. She is simply awesome!
