I, along with so many others in our community, am about to lose my doctor of 44 yrs - a wonderful man.I was recently contacted by RSRS regarding the transfer of my medical records, and was treated with so much compassion - I want to sincerely thank Nicole Maglione. Today I called RSRS at my doctors suggestion, as he is closing his practice. I didn’t know what to expect or how it operated. I was greeted by a very friendly voice and asked me what I was looking for. Mandy Nyoni couldn’t have been more helpful. She answered all my questions with patience and great knowledge. She offered me different ways to get the results I needed. Mandy was so terrific! A 10+Thank you Mandy for the follow up emails and putting my mind at ease!!

My experience with RSRS and James B. was exceptional. James was very pleasant to deal with and explained everything perfectly. Understandably, it's stressful having to find a new family doctor because of the shortage, but I am confident with James' and RSRS's help, we will be able to find another family physician in a timely manner. Updating my review. After some initial confusion and a mix up of information, I was contacted directly by RSRS Medical's Manager of Patient Support, Darren. In speaking with Darren, he patiently listened to my concerns and went above and beyond on ensuring they were addressed appropriately and in a timely manner. Customer service is so important, especially when dealing with personal information. In speaking with Darren, I can confidently say that RSRS Medical strives to ensure the patient remains at the centre of all they do, and I have renewed confidence that I will receive all documentation within the timeframe provided.

I put in the request to retrieve medical records for myself and my husband and got a call from Nicole very quickly. Nicole explained the process very well and was super friendly to chat with. It can be hit or miss now a days on whether a company has good customer service and RSRS definitely excelled in that area. I highly recommend this company if you need to access your records.
