Tracy was amazing ! Finding and booking where we wanted to go in Jamaica. Also arranging an early flight for one of the family members who needed to leave and come home early. Tracy kept in contact about airline concerns and made sure all our services were good. I would highly recommend going with Jet Lag Voyages!

It was a pleasure working with Lisa to put together 2 TRIPS that we took in 2023.We decided to have 2 honeymoons.We spent 10 days doing a Wellness Tour in Costa Rica, and One Week relaxing in Barbados.Lisa is very professional and was able to pull everything together for us. She made vacation planning much less stressful.Highly recommend Jet Lag Voyages for all your travel needs!

Ola and her team are incredible! We have worked directly with Ola and Lisa for numerous trips. We got stranded in the Dominican (thanks Sunwing!) and left to figure everything out on our own with 3 young children…. In the middle of a closed airport….. at midnight….. with no English speaking staff. Thank goodness for Ola. She handled everything. She was professional, reassuring and so supportive when I was in panic! Lisa helped us book a domestic trip and was always willing to answer my 101 questions, regardless of how silly some of them were. I appreciate them so much and will never use another agent again! They’ve won me over and I’m not mad about it!

my husband and I just returned from a wonderful Greek Island Cruise all organized by Lisa Kay at Jet Lag Voyages! Jet Lag is a wonderful Travel Agency - if you want a perfect vacation it is the place to go! Every detail was accounted for and questions were answered without delay! The ideas and suggestions show just how much experience they have - Jet Lag is the way to go!!

When I was looking for a travel agent a friend shared her positive experience with Jet Lag Voyages so I decided to reach out to them. This is when I was connected to Tracy Keddy (group specialist). Tracy did a wonderful job finding us the perfect vacation spot for our group of ten in St. Lucia (Hideaway at the Royalton). As you can imagine with 10 people, there were many emails sent to and questions asked of Tracy. She responded to our emails and questions in a very timely manner. During our interactions, Tracy was very patient, knowledgeably, approachable and kind. After we booked our trip, she continued her communication to make sure we were all organized and ready to go and even gave us a list of excursions available to us in St. Lucia. I will definitely use Tracy and Jet Lag Voyages for our next vacation.

Ola and Lisa are the absolute top notch travel agents. They have helped me plan my adventures, made sure I had everything prepared prior to travel, checked in with me during my trip and even post trip. They have booked 3 adventures for me now and I couldn't be happier. Our journey started with many things going wrong on my first trip due to covid (out of their control) and I could not have recovered my trip without them. It was one of my most memorable ones yet! They were invaluable in my trip experiences and they are highly recommended. 10/10
