This locations staff is very rude and disrespectful. They racially profiled my young niece when she did nothing wrong, only trying to pay for her clothes. Diversity training is needed as this location along with respectful staff.

Really great store, one of the best Ardenes in the area. Store is always in great shape and the staff are super helpful no matter what you ask. My favourite location to shop, they deserve a bigger layout:)

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Yesterday, a young girl was racially profiled and wrongfully accused of stealing. Despite being poorly treated she still bought her items only to be threatened by the store manager and told not to return. @Ardene is this the type of behavior and values you promote in your store? I will never shop here and no one else should either!

Tried to return a pair of canvas shoes we bought my granddaughter . After two months of not even wearing them every day they started to rip and fall apart They said canvas does that . Great customer service.

Love this store & location. Ardene has been my go to store for years now. Top notch group of women at this location. Absolutely the best and helpful if they don’t have what I’m looking for. I do have to agree that they deserve a bigger store though. It would make shopping a lot easier. Good job ladies.

Was there today as they opened. I greated the staff since she never bothered to look up even though I was waiting to ask her if we could use the change room. She unlocked the door for us but seamed to be annoyed and inconvenient that we wanted to try something on. On my way out I thanked her and I thought wow she really looks like she hates her job! I work retail, I would never employ someone like her.

Informed that a relative of mine was under a racial profiling and the manager accused her of stealing even though it was apparent she was trying to make a purchase.I won't be bringing my teen daughters to this location in light of recent events.

Yesterday my niece shopped @ this location only to be racially profiled. The associate assumed she was stealing just because she had a bag from another store on her wrist. Instead of asking to simply see inside the bag or even see the receipt, this associate decided to make a scene by embarrassing this child & threatening to call security. My poor niece is extremely upset over this traumatic experience. This is unprofessional & completely unacceptable. We will NEVER shop here again. Ardene do better!!!!
