Pulled up to the order speaker one night and was told someone would be right with me. There were 4 vehicles behind me. I waited there for about 10 minutes. I watched the 2 vehicles at the back of the line reverse and drive away. Myself and the vehicle behind me drove through the drive thru and left. There weren't even any vehicles at the pick-up window.

Wendy's is always a quick option and they have frostys. I rarely dine in and mostly stick with drive thru. The only place that seems to get my order right all the time. For a quick burger option on the go.

I ja rcome here a few times recently for the new breakfast.The sausage, cheese and egg on biscuits are delicious!It tastes like something straight out of the southern USA. Great sausage and the biscuits are nice and fluffy. The eggs are good too.I prefer it without the cheese.

I am not sure who the gentleman is that is often working the drive thru window , but he makes my day everyday. He is always so friendly and always has a smile. He was working today at 1250 when I came through! Amazing guy

Tried the breakfast. Food was amazing . Drink was more ice then drink. Lesson learned. Fool me once wendys. Game on . For those going ask for either light ice or ice on the side.Had them again. Tried the limited time fired up sandwich. The chicken was crazy dry. Also asked for lots of jalapeños and sauce they didn't do well.

I just had the worst service I think I've ever had lolNot only did they charge me for something I didn't order (then blamed it on me while not realizing the window was open LMAO) but then got my order wrong and I had to come back. When I was at the window it seemed to be a gong show of kids having fun not really paying attention to people coming through.

We have eaten at Wendy's ever since it opened and have had fabulous success and great food. I have noticed lately that it seems to be deteriorating. I have noticed more mistakes on the orders and less cleanliness in the dining room. Even the cleaning supplies were left on one of the tables.However, tonight, I felt ripped off. I ordered, with my meal, a lemonade. I noticed that it had a lot of ice, but drinks are always free refill. When I finished my lemonade, I was actually surprised to realize that the cup was 2/3 full of ice. There was hardly any lemonade! So, I went up to the counter to ask for a refill. I was told that lemonades do not include free refills. I showed her the cup and asked why there was so much ice and so little drink. Both the server and the manager said that it was standard procedure. There is something not right about charging 2.99 for 2/3 of a cup of ice with a little bit of lemonade with no intention of refilling.I'm afraid that if this is the attitude, I'm going to have to eat elsewhere. There are lots of restaurants in town. There are also some that don't make it because their service starts to decline.

I went to wendys with my kids both of the burgers I got them were burnt. Mine looked nothing like it was in the add and they had given it to me in beef and not chicken like I asked. the nachos are soggy not going back any time soon oh yes and this is the new sandwich nasty !
