I’ve had my avalanche serviced here for 7 years. Terciers has always given great service. They have picked up & dropped off my truck for service at home periodically if I can’t get someone to watch my baby to drop it off even.The new wait area is great! They are always friendly.

Have been using Tercier motors for over 15 years amazing staff and service, even if there is an issue they work with you to resolve it quickly since we're all only human.

Bought a brand new Colorado from here. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bruce as my salesman and Amy as my financial lady. It was a large purchase being my first brand new vehicle. They helped me every step of the way. Answered all my questions and helped me understand everything even took the extra time to make sure l knew how everything worked in the truck as well as the financing.Thank you for your help in picking out an awesome vehicle.

Don't take your truck to these guy for work to be done under warranty they won't do it drop it off at 745 am for warranty told them I needed back after lunch went there to pick it up service guy didn't even know my truck there to get work wasn't even in the shop yet never bought it there so I guess I'm not important please if you want your warranty work done take it some where else

The service was great, they were able to take my vehicle in a timely manner, there staff was very friendly, waited in a very comfortable lounge while my vehicle was being repaired. The only issued I had was the GMC part I found to be very expensive, am sure this is not the repair/service shop issue as they have to follow parts charges, and it was required to get my vehicle on the road again.

Came here after being recommended by a friend when I had some worked performed at another service place in this town, I received a large quote for repairs and figured I should get a second opinion. Good thing I did, half the repairs were not needed and the other half they did for a better price than quoted at the other place. Would not hesitate to bring my truck here again. Thanks Sean!

I just had warranty work done on my truck here. I received a call a couple of days ago after it was fixed that it actually wasn't covered under warranty and now they want me to pay the bill for their mistake. They confirmed with me before the work was done that it was covered. They also had my truck for 2.5 weeks and never fixed the warranty" work issue so I had to rebook a second appointment - which it did get done in a day that time. I also had them order a muffler to install and it never got ordered initially as they said I did not call back and let them know to order it. But I had called the week before and told them to go ahead and order the parts. It's been a frustrating business to deal with."

Servicing of my vehicle was flawless. Since I had to leave my vehicle for a short time, I was given a courtesy ride home & a ride back to the dealership when my vehicle was ready. Even got a free car wash, which was a bonus. Thank you for your customer loyalty.
