PJ put on a new roof about 10 yrs ago. We recently requested a roof inspection to determine the remaining life and identify any repairs required. After 2 calls and 3 months later we've heard absolutely nothing from the maintenance supervisor".Their lack of communications and responsively does not give us any confidence if we needed any warranty work or emergencies. Would not recommend."

This Victoria company doesn't understand what good professional communication is. They also don't show much respect for showing up and/or getting back to people when they say they will. It's a real slap in a customer's face as though we all have nothing but time on our hands, don't have jobs ourselves and that somehow they're above professional conduct. Maybe they used to be good, but when you're told we'll hire anyone with a pulse"

Had a leak in bedroom ceiling. Victoria Company division very responsive (Wanda); sent technician, Neil, and he addressed/fixed the problem.After two days of constant rain; all dry inside. Second time leaked since we've lived here (January, 2022) - it's been leaking for several years!! - totally zero fault of January service call (fixed at the time, then summer, heat, roof disturbances...) - a very technically difficult area to determine source of rain water source. Thank you folks.

Scott was very professional to deal with. He was great at following up from our conversations, dedicated to making a time work that was convenient for me, was punctual, came prepared for the job, and reported promptly to me what was needed for my roof after snow got into where it shouldn’t have. He showed he was genuinely invested in getting to the root of the problem for me, so that I would feel confident about the performance of my roof. I would definitely recommend Parker Johnston for any roofing repair, or new roofing jobs that anyone would need. Especially Scott.

While getting the exterior of our house painted I walked on our roof with our painting contractor. We both noted that a number of ridge caps on the roof needed to be replaced. I contacted Todd at Parker Johnston and he came out to the house right away. He checked things out, suggested replacing the ridge caps and also to do a bit of caulking on the two chimneys and a number of exposed nails on some of our flashings. After a very good estimated price we booked the job with them. I appreciated working with the company to get the work done well and in a timely manner. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to others who need roof work in this area.

We were extremely pleased with Parker Johnston's professionalism, efficiency, and service quality in completing some repairs and upgrades to our roof. Their installers (Derek and Warren) maintained a consistent schedule to complete the work over 4 consecutive days with no delays or interruption in service, while at the same time taking extra care to protect our newly installed gutters, as well as patio furniture and outdoor appliances. We were also appreciative of how well organized Parker Johnston's installers were, and the fact that they tidied up at the end of each day and did not leave any debris or waste construction materials laying around. Derek's and Warren's attentiveness to customer service and communication was first class as they provided a clear explanation of their planned activities and anticipated progress at the start of each day, and then completed the sequence of activities as planned. They were also surprisingly quiet and did not make any unnecessary noise (i.e. no radios or shouting) in completing the works.We also appreciate Todd Cunningham's advice and recommendations for the repairs that needed to be undertaken, and that the final costs were exactly as quoted.We would definitely recommend using Parker Johnston for any roof repair or installation project.

These guys have zero integrity, which is something they strive for. Formen fraudulently fire people, constants abuse and harassment to younger workers and will do anything possible to cover their ass’s.Pretty funny seeing other reviews of how unprofessional Parker is on the island. What a joke!

A few months ago I had my home re-roofed with Parker Johnston after receiving a really good referral from my son.After having several conversations with the manager Brian McDonald (Parker Johnston) and quotes/conversations from five other roofing company's; I made a decision to hire Parker Johnston.I personally feel that a roof is the MOST" important of all trade jobs for a home. Their employees show zero respect to the locals in their job site area. Truck 121 constantly parks like a jerk for 8-9 hours daily in a 2 hour parking spot and leaves no room for other vehicles. Photos taken 6-Sep-2022

Every person I had contact with at Parker Johnston were very professional, personable and helpful. It started with Samantha and Keassel on the phone, they were very helpful and warm. I spoke to Todd Cunningham who listened to my concerns with my roof. Then Jack Long came to assess my roof. From the start he was very professional, very thorough and gave me honest feedback. I was so grateful! It turns out that I don't need a new roof, but when I do need a new roof, I won't hesitate to return to Parker Johnston to do the job.
