Social Security Office

Trying to speak to someone at this location on the phone is almost impossible. When someone did decide the answer after an hour of it ringing she hung up on me because I asked to speak to someone who actually cared to help. I went into the office and the first gentlemen was pleasant but told me I had to wait and speak to someone else. After meeting with her she told me another issue had to be solved with someone else. I was in there for 2 hours and walked out. There were only 2 people in the waiting room and staff kept walking in and out with plates of food. Everyone in here looked and acted miserable. The security guard sat on his phone the entire time and was snippy with old people. Not sure why some people choose a career that is supposed to provide a service for the American people and are so incredibly rude. Do better!

Fast and Efficient processing.Just walk in and take appointment at KIOSK ( inside the office ) and ticket will print out. Wait for your ticket number and forward as per they call your ticket number.Simple.

Accompanied my parent here and had a successful outcome regardless of not having made an appointment. Lining up outside to stand in the rain is not optimal. There is no signage to tell people what to do, so luckily people in the line were instructing others how the system works. Once we were ushered inside by a security guard, we were guided a bit more, got a number and waited to be called. At the window, the missing card was ordered within a few minutes.

In my experience, the employees here are friendly, compassionate, and patient. I've had the pleasure of having the same specialist for many years, and she is absolutely amazing, which makes the reason I'm here a little less stressful. Security is at the door when you walk in and greets you kindly. There is an easy and convenient kiosk to sign in, so there are no long lines to stand in. There is also plenty of seating available. Masks are now optional and no longer required. Heads up - no eating or drinking in the office period.

This location is really quick and efficient. They get you in and out. Sometimes they come off snooty but it's a stressful gig so I understand that part. The security guard is always helpful and funny too.

Although it took forever to get a person on the line, once she answered the call was handled quickly and professionally.

I was hesitant to go to this location because of the reviews but it was a quick and pleasant experience. I went at 11am on a Thursday with no appointment but was in and out within 10 minutes. The gentleman helping me was super nice and efficient.
