Generally I love Burger King and flame broiled whoppers but this location is just not the place I want to go to but unfortunately is the only option in Sudbury. The people taking orders on drive thru don't listen very well and extremely slow to provide your order. Granted English is not their 1st language and this location isn't very busy but you are Fast Food". Another sad thing is the pathetic paper straws...don't work well in a milkshake."

Never again will we order from here again. We Ordered 2 of the long chicken sandwiches which smelled very horrible and wasn't cooked. Ordered a poutine with an order of mozzarella sticks. Did not receive them. The mayo on the burgers tasted expired and had to shoot it out. I would highly suggest a health unit inspection be done at this location

I had placed an order on uber eats, waited over an hour to then call burger king, a lady there said they never Recieved the order. Then hung up. I called back and she blocked my number.I did absolutely nothing but ask if my food was ready!I'm sorry but the lady I talked to SHOULDN'T be working there. Or with people in general... Also really not okay to swear at customers.. Like ever :)

Got two Whopper meals from drive-thru. Mine was hot, toppings were fresh, fries were fresh as well. Everything was great food wise; drive through seemed to be running slow but I also couldn't tell how their staffing looked from the window either. I used to love BK, sad to see there's only one left; the fact that the food comes out properly is an obvious testament to their longevity in this city.

Ordered with them through DoorDash. Got an impossible whopper as meat does not agree with me at all. After the first bite I knew it was not an impossible whopper but rather a real meat one.

Mmmh, aerosol-y.... In case it's not clear, buddy is spray-painting mere feet from the food prep area.Obviously poor judgement on the employee's part, but ultimately, realistically, the fault of management at this location who are too cheap to schedule off-hours maintenance, or temporary close for daytime work.Also note the kitchen staff using *paper towel* as a makeshift mask, ostensibly because management is too cheap to provide PPE.

I see reviews on this B K that sound like they're from a lot of people who don't live here. Everyone knows that this shop is shabby and rough. However, it is in one of the oldest sections of the town. The building itself has even there for ages while others around it are torn down or vacant, so that reflects on appearance, the staff also graciously serves the homeless on occasion which may also turn some people off. The place is x the staff is great, and do their best, I've never had a problem with the food. It's our only BK and it's location and age reflect on its appearance atmosphere
