I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sterling Auto Centre, and I must say that the service I received was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.Serge at Sterling Auto Centre, deserves a special mention for his exceptional customer service skills and his genuinely nice nature. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and that I had a positive experience throughout my visit.

Sterling was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable and no up sell was being added at all. Was able to get a same day oil change. Very pleasant visit :)

First time customer and was very happy with the service. The owner, Serge did my oil change and took the time to answer my questions about other issues I had with my car. He kindly explained everything to me without being condescending (as a woman having experienced it in the past) and gave me some good tips and advice on maintaining my car without pushing me to purchase other services. Happy I’ve finally found a mechanic that’s honest and does a great job.

Went here for an oil change and received outstanding customer service . Very knowledgeable staff ! Service was fast and efficient and Sterling even went the extra mile to fix some other minor car issues I had. Will definitely be returning as I have found my new local mechanic.

Serge when I met him first time through a reference is so welcoming and tries to understand complete issue of my car. Then he provides the best solution after a thorough checkup. He looked into my Toyota car error code issue and even gave his valuable time to get to the root cause. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I cannot thank this place enough. My morning started with my engine light warning me something was wrong. To make matters worse, my brakes started to feel like something was wrong, and my steering wheel was vibrating when I drove on the highway. No one could see me. However, Sterling Auto said bring it in, they can make the time. The professionalism and transparency helped me understand what my car needed, and why my engine light suddenly came on. I am not a car guy, so to me its all about trust. And i always hope that I dont get unnecessary work done that most mechanics will charge me for. The mechanic took his time with my car, and answered all my questions. They gave me options, and promised me that my car would be ready at 4:pm. I came back at 3:45pm and my car was like new again. I am so thankful for their help and very reasonable price, i have found my mechanic. I will recommend Sterling to family and friends. It's all about trust.

Came to this mechanic shop earlier this year and have never felt so comfortable. Normally you feel as though mechanics try and take advantage but this shop saved me so much money and took really good care of my vehicle. Definitely would recommend!!
