If you want service go in the drive-thru. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes watching the staff work and no one bothered to take my order. Left and went elsewhere as they didn’t seem to want my business

No more 11 herbs and spices on the KFC orginal recipe chicken! takes like is was seasoned with salt and pepper. Not just this location othes I've been to also, the chicken doesn't taste good anymore. I'll be trying out one of the many new chicken chains that have come to BC.

The Tacobell is always great quality and amazing service. It is kinda fun that you can get two different types of food at one drive through so that's always a bonus. If you want a vegan treat just order the bean crunchwrap surpeme with no cheese or sour cream, but make sure you get lots of hot sauce! The entrance can be a bit hard to get to if you're coming from the west, so turn at 199 St and follow the driveway in the back.

Went here with friends. I ordered the supreme fries that took 15 minutes to get to me. When it did arrive the cashier forgot my drink. When I mentioned it to her she rudely exclaimed that I, in fact, did not order a drink. Even after I showed my receipt she had said she remembered giving me a drink, which she did not. Once my drink was given I sat down waiting for my friends to get their food. It took them 30 minutes to get their meals. Once we ate our food mine was, of course cold as I waited for my friends, one of their meals was cold and the rest said that their food was uneatable.This is a great place to eat if you really like bad food.

They have friendly staff. Our order was accurate but the food was mediocre. The chicken in our wraps was cold and old. The fries and popcorn chicken were fresh.

This is the worst KFC that I have ever been to. Literally waited 45 minutes in the drive thru lineup. When we asked the lady why it had taken so long she just replied “well your food is ready now”. We then had to wait another 5 minutes for our food.Rude staff, slow, and nobody working was even wearing a uniform.

I ordered a zinger box combo that comes with two chicken wings.After waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes and repeating my order multiple times, I get home and find this. A feather still attached to one of my wings. Please refer to picture. Not sure how they do quality control here but obviously someone failed!Kfc, please explain to me how this was missed? I would like to know.

I took my family in for dinner, and I regret it so much. Waiting time is very bad. My order was messed up, not to mention i had to go back multiple times to get items that weren't given at the time my food was served. The place is super dirty. All tables were dirty. Will not come back to this business again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
