Good service and sells

Dropped in to pick up FCMQ day passes. The staff were very helpful in answering any questions I had. They have a great selection of snowmobile gear at decent prices.I would gladly do business with them next time I'm in town.

Offered me a great deal on a side by side, but I was very frustrated by being mislead by a salesperson. I specifically asked whether I could pay by money order, but 2 days before I was to drive 8 hours to go get the machine I got an email from someone saying I could only pay by cash, Interac or bank transfer. I'd already drawn a bank draft, and the bank confirmed that an Interac transaction for over $15,000 would not be possible--I already have a very high $10,000 limit. The dealership wouldn't budge, claiming they'd been burned before, which seems ridiculous to me. I had a bank draft from BMO, which is a very safe and secure method of conducting financial transactions. So I had to cancel the bank draft, losing that fee, and having to travel to and from the bank unnecessarily, and to drive around with over $15,000 in cash. This inconvenience left me with a sour taste from the transaction.

Great place, the owner was very attentive to the customers needs and I got a good price. I would highly recommend
