I commend this place for being different from all the other bubble tea places we know and love. They add a new dimension of bubble tea inventions.I have been to the downtown location as well as this one and both places in quality and service are consistent. I love it when you can go into a business and feel consumed by their environment. Sometimes when I'm in good conversation, I forget I live in Edmonton. ;PThey definitely have a wide variety of options if you're feeling something new.

Just amazing boba drinks. Whenever we go to West Edmonton Mall, my wife makes sure she takes at least one drink. Just love the taste.

The bubble tea was okay, but their pearls were as hard as a rock. Like it was old leftover that weren't heated that became hard

Staff were good, and service was quick. They had 3 people waiting for drinks when I got there but they noticed me come in and saw me looking at the menu so they said to let them know when I was ready to order. They left me to look at the menu for the perfect amount of time. As I was looking up, the cashier was at the till and asked me what I wanted. I ordered a green tea macchiato with 30% sugar and regular ice. Paid, then went to get my drink. They made my drink so fast that I didn't even have time to finish my text! I shook my drink before I took a picture of it, but when you get the drink, it's actually a clear orange drink with about an inch of white foam on top. This is what it looks like after shaking it. This drink was pretty good since I was looking for a tea. At 30% sugar, there was just the slightest hint of sweetness which was perfect for me because I drink black tea's and coffee's. I could have gone with 50% though, if I wanted to treat myself to a but more sugar!

My favorite milk tea in Edmonton! They have multiple locations across the city! There is always a lineup, especially in the mall. But it is totally worth it!

I was recommended to give this a try and I am glad I did. The service was fast and knowledgeable on the menu items. I ordered 3J Milk tea and Sago Milk tea, both of which has met my expectation in texture, taste and sweetness. I highly recommend it, although some can be turned off by the price as it is higher than the average bubble tea drink, but I think it is worth it. I would go back again.

I'm from out of town and we don't have a Coco there so I decided to try it out since I've heard lots of good things about it. I bought 4 different drinks and they all tasted really good. Based on the drinks I would give them a solid 5 stars but because of the customer service I had to minus a few stars. The cashier was knowledgeable but seemed like she was in a rush. The taller girl making the drinks was very rude. Shouting the numbers, slamming the drinks on the counter and walking away is not how you are supposed to treat customers. I had asked for my drinks to be packed up. She put them in the bag and handed them to me while walking away without even looking at me. After the experience I went on Google and saw alot of others complaining about the service. Around 20 one star reviews..management really should do something.

Milk tea tastes like cream water. No tea taste at all. Ask for warm temperatures get a cool temperature, not even warm.Can the manager do the quality control? Water, cream and sugars drink did not worth $6. It's rubbing

I really want to give ZERO to this store If I could. I ordered a Pearl roasted milk tea and just had only taken a few sips then I found a long hair in my mouth mixed with pearls. It was really disgusting. It messed up my whole day. I'm going to tell all my friends and families never to come into this store. It's really outrageous that could happen during the Covid-19, where hair can carry untold amounts of virus. If I get a diagnosis of Coronavirus in the next few days, this store will take full responsibility.
