GV Property Management
As tenants, the transition from dealing with our landlords to working with GV PM has been pleasant and stress free, they have always addressed every inquiry and concern and have very quick response time, we went away during the holidays and the city sent a notice regarding unusual water usage and they took care of it within hours, checked on our place and left us with peace of mind. The team at GV are hard-working and dedicated people. They know their stuff.Respond to tenant calls quickly and handle issues, in-depth.Not quick to just renovate and replace...they take the time to repair things like appliances, if this is the best (but not the most convenient) option.Looking forward to many more years of working together.
