Rip off places took my truck for service and check the engine light and told them before fixing any problem give me a call. so they charge me for the repair that I didn't authorize.part cost me $50 and labour cost $396.so before going there check ur wallet cuz u going to apply double for service here. very rude ppl

Minus 5 stars if I could. $1012.00 invoice for diagnostics and nothing to show for it. Only for our cubevan to stall twice on the highway after picks up. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

In the Westshore Mall in Langford yesterday at 12:45 pm. There was a lot of traffic which is to be expected at this time of year. The driver of this Cullen Vehicle was so impatient and in a hurry to park that he decided to drive over the curbing and crush the trees and landscaping in front of Petsmart. All so he could park a few seconds faster. This type of ignorance and disrespect all while driving a company vehicle is a real testimony to the kind of culture at Cullen Diesel.

I have been using Cullen Surrey for more than 10 years always been a great place to have your Equipment worked on . In last 6 months it has not the same . It’s hard to have repairs done on time . One shift to other things not fallowed up and getting costly down time. They are very busy and are loosing they quality of work . Great office staff but shop results low. I think its time to look for another shop. Many small things need to come back for repairs. Shop needs to double check before it’s completed . Costly for shop and customer. They do their best but not the same.

This is my first time interacting with this company for repairs and with 30 yrs of class 1-2 commercial driving experience, I have never been treated so rudely at the service desk. The lady's affect(tone, body language), preconceived judgments were less to be desired! My hopes are great at what they do!
