This gas station clerk is so ignorant. Why would he let customers bu y’a car wash ticket that can only be used here, when the car wash isn’t running. Proper customer service would be notifying a customer that the service is inoperable. Taking money for no services is robbery. Terrible service. Do not recommend. Kick rocks.

The staff here are very kind. They overheard my 3 year old say he needed to use the bathroom. It was -20C outside and I was trying to find somewhere nearby to take him to use the bathroom. They let us use the employee bathroom so my little boy wouldn't have to use the frigid, public restroom outside. I always get my gas here on my way home from grocery shopping and I appreciated the excellent customer service on one of the coldest nights in January!

Seems everytime I go for a car wash, it never does the job it's supposed to. Dries only half of the vehicle and when you bring it to the attendants attention, they offer you another wash. It didn't do the job the first time, so why would I go through again??

I was at this petro pump at 10.20pm on 5th july. The man standing at the counter was so cheerful. He made my day asking about How I am also he accepted the coins happily. Very nice service

Not only can one get gas here but there's a great car wash, car vacuum service to consider as well! Very spacious and clean washrooms as well which all matters! Thank you for the services you provide!!

One of my go-to Esso stations because they consistently have slightly better pricing than others. With gas prices so high, 2-4 cents less makes a big deal when you add it up over time. The station is also always clean, efficient and it's in a good location too. Lots of food choices inside the store too so I usually end up buying other things after filling up here.However, I knock one star off because there is never any paper towels in the squeegie buckets. Perhaps they're so busy they don't have time to get out and check....but they really should. Running a business is more than just collecting money...it's also service if you want customers to come back.

After buying gas here for 10 years because it's on my way, I've decided to go across the street instead. I'm under the distinct impression that the staff here just enjoys giving women a hard time. They will cancel your transaction at the pump so that you have to go into the store. I don't want to go into the store.

My wife was there this morning and came home in tears!!!! Staff (male) verbally attacked her over the fact that her lottery ticket was folded in half he went on and on and she tried to not get upset but he was nasty! She was in such shock and when she said she will contact manager he said “I dare you”!!! We even have another person that was there and he gave my wife his info if she needs a witness!

This afternoon I went to the Esso location at Ottawa Street North and River Road in Kitchener. I did not buy gas this time but wanted to use the car wash with a previously purchased ticket. I went through the wash and NONE of the dryers worked, so my car was still wet. I went inside and the employee seemed unconcerned and said to come back tomorrow. I had bought the premium wash and didn't get a premium wash. He gave me a new ticket but I was really annoyed by his lack of concern. Once I went outside to my car, I noticed that they had placed an orange cone before the entrance to the car wash so that no one else would use it. I'm not impressed by this place in recent days. I purchased gas there maybe a week ago and bought said car wash ticket but the tape was completely blank. Thankfully someone with a head on their shoulders gave me a new wash code. I think I'll take the time to go to the Pioneer station at Ottawa and King the next time I need gas. I'll find a better place to get a car wash.

Staff accused my friend of stealing gas when she had a receipt for her gas. Yes, I understand with gas prices the way they are, but she had her receipt.
