Best store ever. Lovely Portuguese lady who helps you find your ideal suitcase. I will be returning here to purchase more suitcases in the future. And I highly suggest that you all do the same. Reasonable prices for what you want plus she gives you discount on select items. It's awesome...... Thanks so much.

We bought a $120 Swiss Gear wheeled backpack for our daughter and one of the wheels cracked after a couple of months. When I called Randy, the manager at Bentley, he initially said this was not covered by the warranty, but I was adamant that this should be covered as the wheels are obviously not high quality" as described by Swiss Gear and we would never have bought it if we knew the wheels would break. It took some convincing but Randy eventually agreed to do an exchange. When I took my daughter back to the store a few days later he was ready with three or four different models to show us and recommended the Jansport. He was very friendly to deal with and clearly wanted us to be satisfied. My daughter is happy with her new backpack and I'm pleased with the service provided."

I was at Bentley's a week ago. I was looking for a beige handbag. The salesgirl who was helping me was very courteous and helpful. A good store has a good selection of stuff. I would like to visit them again in future

Looking for a back pack they had a good assortment and the purses were nice again alittle high in the price on some not all stuff. I like this place and visit it often.

Horrible customer service experience.Really rude staff.I had to return a defective bag, which was clearly mentioned as well, for an eligible return.

Poor quality, terrible service.The luggage I bought in Bentley broke in the first trip. Bentley warranty doesn't cover any damages occurred in travel. Store manager is dishonest.Never shop in Bentley again.
