If you are looking for someone to move your home, you have found your company. They were fast, personable and respectful of my home. I can not say enough. Thank you so much again! Absolutely incredible service. Moving with 2 small children is never easy. Our house was a disaster. They came in and helped packed odds and ends, protective wrapped and disassembled everything (and assembled at our new house)! Nothing was damaged and all handled with the upmost care. We lived in a townhouse...nothing but stairs. They did everything with ease and a smile, even in scorching 30+ degree weather! No hidden fees, extremely fair pricing, they were worth every last penny and some! Went above and beyond what we could ever ask for.I will never hire a different company again. You have gained a customer for life. I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you for everything!!!

Goran and Nader are incredibly hard working and professional. So fast and didn't waste any time! They took a lot of care when wrapping my electronics and furniture. Everything arrived safely, and they were tremendous help in moving things where they should be at the new location. No hidden costs, and they accept e-transfer so it was all very smooth. The truck they used for the move was clean. I will definitely be using them again. 10/10 recommend!

These movers are AMAZING. Highly recommend them as some of the most courteous, friendly, and hard working people I know. They helped us move in a baby crib, mattress, and hutch. Their truck was great, they wrapped everything to code, helped us set up and take down with smiles and love. Will use them in the future and would recommend them in a heartbeat! Well done

Goran and Ice did an amazing job. Our building has only 1 elevator and that made things harder than usual but they were excellent at handling the difficulty, they moved everything quickly with no issues. They're super friendly and attentive as well. Definitely recommend this company.

I was so impressed with Hussein and his team. I don't know where to begin. I had quite a complicated move to undertake -- including downsizing some of my things to a smaller storage unit and taking a lot of things to my suite in a two-storey walk-up.This move had to be charged by the hour because of the complexity and required a team of four since it involved carrying a lot of furniture and boxes up a bunch of stairs. This meant movers having to carry a large couch up 25 stairs as well as other furniture and heavy boxes.Hussein took the time a couple days ahead of our move, to discuss the logistics and give me sound advice about how to proceed with the very challenging situation I was dealing with. That really helped to put my mind at ease right from the beginning. He was an excellent listener and also great advisor.Come moving day, they were on time and energetic. The guys were fast, efficient, very polite and pleasant to me and to each other. They were careful with my things, including delicate glassware and other breakables.They not only took direction well -- they encouraged it. And made excellent recommendations as we went along on what should go to the suite, and what should stay in storage for me to sort through, and they organized the new locker really logically so that I can easily navigate it and go through my possessions properly.The whole process took much longer than I had originally estimated, but they were totally flexible and happy to carry on until the work was done, placing my furniture just where I asked them to and putting boxes in the proper rooms. This was such a refreshing change from previous movers who were not cooperative in one way or another, or unwilling to do more than just dump the items into the rooms but not actually move them into place or create sensible walkways. But these guys did all that without prompting. It's nice to see people taking such pride in their work and genuinely pleasing the customer.They were able to quickly think of solutions when an unexpected challenge arose. My couch wouldn't fit through the door, so they had to dismantle and then reassemble it and brought the proper tools for such a possibility and got it into proper position in the room in no time.It was a super long day, and yet these guys worked really fast and cheerfully the whole time. This was an extremely demanding job and even though they all must have been really tired, they kept up the fast pace, always remained positive, barely taking a break through the over ten hours it took.Their professional attention to details and upbeat and reassuring attitude helped put me at ease over something that had been very stressful for me at the beginning. That good attitude meant a lot to me.Considering that they were all so careful with my precious belongings, and competent and trustworthy, I'm happy to give them a total thumbs up for the whole process. And to highly recommend you book their services for a worry-free, satisfactory moving experience. Well worth the money.

My boyfriend and I used Stay Classy last weekend. Overall, we had a decent experience, but when you're hiring movers its nice to know the pros and cons so:Pros:-The movers worked really hard, they were careful and were more than capable of lifting heavy items. They had a good system, they were polite and friendly and overall did a killer job. It was rainy, we had a couple heavy items, there were stairs and moving is hard work so I'm grateful for their efforts.-It was super easy to book the move, very little headache.-The truck was a 3 ton. Many moving companies I contacted quoted 1 tons for 1 bedroom apartments, but the 3 ton truck gave us peace of mind that everything would fit.-No fuel fees.Cons:-Movers were 20 mins late. When being charged by the hour it would be nice for them to show up on time.-When we were done packing up the movers left before us and said they'd meet in Chilliwack. My bf and I spent 5 more mins at our apartment, got gas and left - a good 10 mins after the movers left. When we got to Chilliwack, they weren't there yet which was weird since they'd left before us but I didn't think too much of it because I know trucks are a bit slower on the highway. We did a walk thru of our place with our new landlord - about 15 minutes. When we finished the movers still weren't there and we started getting worried. I called them to make sure that they like didn't make a breakaway with our things or something and they said they were still about 20KM away getting gas. At this point we'd been waiting at the place for about 25 mins and they were still 20 mins away. So in total we waited for about 45 minutes even though they had a good 10 min head start. When hiring a moving company I'd expect them to show up with gas especially if they are going to be 20 minutes late to begin with. When I mentioned this to the guys, they didn't have much to say...not super professional. At least a warning would've been nice so that we weren't worried about our things being lost somewhere.-When the move was done, I was super happy about the whole experience and though they were fully charging us despite the 1hr & 20 mins or $170 of essentially wasted time - they'd done such a good job that I didn't mention it and in fact was happy to pay. This was until the mover brought up that he actually should be charging us an extra $50 because there were too many stairs and that they usually never work this fast so they should be charging us even more. This put a bad taste in my mouth for 2 reasons, 1) is that the move was quick because my bf and I had every single belonging already packed in boxes we'd wrapped our mattress, disassembled our bed frame, our couches and our dressers. Additionally, we both helped the load and unload the entire time, we were actively moving couches, dressers, & boxes into the truck. All 4 of us were drenched in sweat the whole move - it was like a 4 person team rather than a 2 person team. We wanted this - so no resentment about the work but to say that we should be charged more because they worked so fast ignores the fact that it was fast because we were prepared & there were 4 of us working. Also, I’d argue it wasn’t that fast since 1 hour and 20 mins was completely wasted by them being late and then taking 45 mins to get gas - all of which should have been working time. Also - the stair thing. We were never asked about stairs during the booking, we would've told them if they'd asked (every other company I talked to asked and stated their fees) and we would've happily paid but their quote email says $125 hourly and specifically boasts no hidden or surprise fees". They didn't end up making us pay it (probs because it's a fake fee) but still it felt gross especially after all the wasted time.All in all
