Would give zero stars if possible. Impossible to get a hold of with a really long wait to see a counsellor. One of the most unprofessional services I’ve ever tried dealing with. If you need help with any mental health issues I’d suggest you go else where as you’d have better luck with actually finding the help you need.

I have been a client of Nicole’s since late 2011. I had tried other therapists in the past but never felt that ‘click’ with any of them. Right from the first appointment I felt comfortable, both with her as a person and also with the office. Nicole has the ability to make me feel great about myself, and I leave my appointments feeling better than when I went in. She is always on time, which I appreciate as a client. She has been very open and non judgmental with my not-so-mainstream interests, and although she started with very little knowledge of my type of lifestyle, she educated herself and really listened to me to gain understanding. I recommend her with no reservations :).

The most incredible counsellor I have ever seen. Nicole is so thoughtful, compassionate and wise. She has helped both my husband and I individually as well as a couple as we navigate through the first years of marriage. I recommend her to anyone who is feeling overwhelmed and overcome by negative thoughts. Her personification of Depression, Anxiety and Fear opened my eyes to the power I have over my thoughts. I cannot say thank you enough!
