They offered all options to test out in store (keeping compliant with Covid sanitary policies) to see comfort level and support for each pillow. I was given the time to assess and provided feedback based on their product knowledge and expertise. I was never hurried nor pushed" to buy any product & had an excellent experience where in the end I would recommend this location for pillow options to anyone I know. Cheers!"

Employees weren't very helpful. I went back today around 1 p.m., but no one was around, and the doors were closed. Went again around 2 pm. The doors were still locked, and the women in the store quickly walked from the front of the store to the back when she saw us at the doors and just ignored us. Horrible employees who don't want to work.

We went in on a Saturday which is usually a nightmare - but the store was relatively quiet and Kylie, the salesperson, was incredibly patient and kind and took the time to go through all our options in our limited price range. We got tons of discounts and we even checked across the street at dormez vous and the pricing and quality was wayyy better! Highly recommend. We were on a budget and we got the queen mattress and base for under 900$ shipping and taxes in. Also, if they served wine, I would have never left haha. It smells good and it’s full of comfy mattresses! Might come back just to hang out with Kylie on a slow afternoon :)

I have never had a better experience than I have with this store! The sales person Kylie, Natalie, Marie are efficient, caring, and they will make sure that you get what you want and need.The prices are great and they always offer discounts when they can to their clients. The quality of the products and how they make you try it is phenomenal! Its a whole experience

I came today to buy a mattress and I can say that it was a very nice experience. I told Samah about my budget and the type of mattress that I was looking for( Including the brand: Sealy) She explained and showed me the options that she had. As other comments say: I was not pushed to buy any other product. In fact when I arrived I told her I already bought the bed Frame online ( IKEA) but I can cancel it. She told me I Can give you a 10% discount for the bed frame if you buy the mattress and the frame and also the Sealy mattress had 15% ( Promotion No tax) Samah was very nice and perfectly bilingual. I came to this store just because the reviews about the customer service and I was not disappointed. I would recommend this store ( Rue Peel )

I bought a mattech mattress and box spring (made locally) here and it's the best mattress I've ever had. My previous mattech lasted 15 years and is still in great condition but I needed a bigger one. They're no longer reversible but still really high quality., super comfortable and esp recommended for bad backs. Got a great deal and free delivery, very efficient and pleasant.

The manager, Kylie Westover, gave me such excellent service and awesome advice. It was my first time buying a mattress and I wasn’t sure what I wanted or what would suit my needs best, but she absolutely nailed it. 10/10 would recommend this store and Kylie herself!
