Alright so what had happen was. Me and the lads are out tryna get a burger cuz mans are marved right and we whippin on the bikes yk rockin the 22's and we pull up through the drivethru and some shordy (prob austins ex but idk she kinda looked like a murked lemon) denies us because we don't have motorized vehicles" whatever that means and they really didn't serve us... however still better than the Toronto zoo."

The service was really good. The employees and manager were really nice. Just note that if you order a veggie burger, it's not the old famous veggie burger, it's their meaty" one (I think lightlife). I always loved their veggie burger

Unfortunately this wasn't the best dining experience. Ordered and payed for 2 Angus combos. 5 minutes later they informed us there were no Angus burgers left but if we waited another 7 minutes there would be. No big deal, we said ok and waited. When burgers had been received and dressed, the onion rings weren't ready. Another few minutes and they brought 1 order of fries and 1 order of onion rings. We told them and they made another order and brought it to us . The tables in the area were not wiped clean on several areas. When we left, the garbage cans were stuffed full and excess garbage was overflowing. There were also trays on top loaded with garbage as there was no place to put it. We had no choice but to put ours on top too. went back to the cash and informed them of the mess before leaving. The girl said she would send someone over. This location (Wyecroft Road in Oakville) is beside a movie theater and it was 6:40, so they could have been previously busy, but I believe they should have been better organized.

Usually I have a decent experience with Harvey’s but today they got two parts of my order wrong… I very clearly stated what I wanted and even repeated myself twice… it wasn’t a complicated order either it was literally a burger with cheese and a frozen red bull. The burger came back with No cheese, and they gave me a canned red bull instead of a frozen red bull… I caught the drink right away but didn’t notice the burger until I was home. Pretty sure I was charged for it too. Pretty bad service today in my opinion.

DJ was extremely polite at the cash. Nora completed all of the burgers with whatever I chose and with a smile. Frank cooked the burgers to our likings. Atifa and Bashla were very accommodating as well! I applaud the good work and very nice atmosphere and attention of the whole crew!

Had to stop and pick up my hubbies onion rings that were forgotten in his order and I didn’t have his receipt as I was coming home from work, the staff was quick to replace and no hard time was given for no receipt EXCELLENT SERVICE
