Great experience again today, was shopping for a few chew toys for Otis the Beagle. While there we mentioned that the Harness Otis was wearing was abrading his leg.Doug noticed the damage and immediately replaced the offending harness with a different type....problem solved and there was NO CHARGEOtis says thanksCharly and Donna

One of the best pet stores I have been into in Canada what really stands out is the owners heart and respect for my dog and animals. Even during a distressing phone call the owner was very compassionate and I am slightly embarrassed of that phone call. Anyways excellent store couldn't recommend enough 500 stars

What a fabulous establishment. $5 fee to see the rest of the animals.. we were happy to provide + some more to go towards such a great store/cause. It was so great being able to get up and close with the animals and learn a little bit about their stories. Each rescue animal came with its own background. Our hearts were definitely filled today to know there were so many creatures there in such good hands.

This is a very well stocked pet store considering the small town. The owners are very knowledgeable about dog food and only carry the best brands. The owner also had some good advice on what my dog could eat to help with her cancer treatment and the effects of the meds on her stomach.

It was amazing to be able to see all the different animals. The owner is great, and all the animals are rescues. He really cares about what he does and has helped so many animals that others unfortunately weren't able to. Very nice and knowledgeable, overall great place to go and highly recommended to check it out!
