PetSmart Dog Training
After driving for 40 minutes to get my dog grommed. They refused my dog because they didn't have the paperwork for his rabies vaccinations. The last rabies vaccinations expired November 2021. And the tag on his neck says 2021. Which is the date he got vaccinated. And they had a record of his last vaccinations. It hasn't even been a year and he's the most docile little dog ever. Use your head PetSmart. I will never be back to your over priced Salon again

Customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. Its possible they could be too short staffed, but waiting on an attendant in there is ridiculous. I would recommend persons to visit the other locations on Tecumseh or Walker.
