Great way to get the schedule, photos, and videos for our competitions! The only issue I've noticed is the live" schedule doesn't keep up."

Great service. I was able to easily order and download my daughters photos and videos from comp.

We love DanceBug, it's so awesome to be able to watch all of our routines so quickly!

Upon payment, my email confirmation stated we would receive access to the video within 2-3 weeks of the performance. Now 4 weeks later, we still have NOT received the video. After emailing company, was told it would be 4-6 weeks. Had I known that, I would have just recorded the performance on my phone.

So easy to use. Great photos and great service. I Highly advise using them.

It takes WAY too long for the high def videos and pictures to be uploaded. Up to two weeks!! Dancebug has cornered the market and we have no choice but to purchase through them. I have complained about this time and time again and have yet to receive a response back from their customer service with an explanation. If they say it's because they have so many accounts to work on, then hire more staff. We have no choice but to use Dancebug so they need to fix this problem. Competitions that don't use Dancebug do not have this problem. You get the HD pictures and videos right away. It is beyond frustrating.UPDATE: The response you gave still does not explain why it takes your company so long to get the HD videos uploaded quickly. Why 14 days and sometimes longer"? Why can we get our HD videos and pictures from other vendors immediately either on-site or right after a dance competition ends? If you can't handle the volume then don't corner the market."

I love how you have dance videos and photos available within hours of the dance being performed.Also appreciate you coming to my aid a few years ago to dig in the archives for my daughter’s solo dance from 2019. Thank you for the excellent support.

Had the pleasure of DanceBUG being the company to supply pictures, and videos of a dance competition that my child was in.The videos, and pictures were all great!! The high quality that both came out was something unexpected.The website was so easy to navigate to get all my pictures, and videos downloaded onto my laptop.I also downloaded, and use the app on my cell phone so I can show off Dance videos, and pictures from my phone as well!!Keep up the good work!!

Very nice competition, super organized! The pic to and videos were a great souvenir too!
