We had an awful neighbour who constantly violated the rules and Derian sided with them every time because he got gift baskets for the property manager every Christmas. If you want an unprofessional property manager who plays favorites for half the cost of a professional, well, sign right up.Ada if you're reading this I want you to know you're the least professional manager I've ever had and when I learned my new condo corp was looking for a management company and was considering Derian I did everything in my power to make sure you didn't receive the contract. Thank you for your poor service.
