If there was an unlike button I would hit it twice. Half the guns didn’t work, and those that did work were of extremely poor quality. The owner was rude, disrespectful and agressive. The price is really cheap but it properly reflects the experience.

This was my first time here. Was told about this place by my brother in law. Very simple to say this is by far the best value you will get anywhere in Laval for fun! Great place with lots of arcade game (well maintained). The price is on point and cheaper then anywhere else. Great maze with fun art and great music. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owners hospitality is unmatched which is the key to a great experience!

Great activity and ambience, more dynamic than the other laser tags so if you like music you’re going to love this place. The manager was very friendly, would come again definitely.

Worst customer service ever! The game host (the girl with the pink hair)is very rude and aggressive with the kids, and even myself. When I went to see the manager to make a complaint about her, he was very unprofessional and started to yell and saying he doesn't have time to listen, I believe he has anger issues because even though you are standing 2 feet from him and you can hear him perfectly he screams all the time. The young girl named Lama who works in front has a positive attitude and she is the only one who is very professional and respectful at this place . She was apologising for her colleague and her boss's behaviour.I do not recommend this place at all, it was our first and last time there.

If I could give 0 I would. Three guns out of eight did not work which was extremely disappointing since no refunds are possible. The girl explaining the rules was understanding but the owner/cashier is the most agressive and unprofessional person I’ve ever met. I will never go again. Please do not waste your money on this place.

The costumer service was pretty bad, I heard them talking bad about me and my friends. Saying how even though we are teens, we are really stupid. I read a review earlier and I can confirm that the employee with the pink hair does yell at the kids. We were planning to stay longer but felt uncomfortable since the staff really didn’t like us being there. I don’t think I’ll go back there again either.

Horrible customer service and the equipment never works. I could be shot at but my gun was defective and did not work. The manager kept screaming at me when I addressed the issue. I think it is extremely disrespectful.

Buggy equipments probably older than my dad, maze-like arena giving you the feeling of a torture chamber, terrible scoring system filling your stomach with wonders, for those boring persons out there, if you seek misery instead of excitement, this is surely a hell for you (they won’t even refund your experience)

I would like to say, the kids liked it.but the owner he wasn't that Claire i can say, i pay 160 have the price supposedly for 10 kids and then, he said no it was for eight kids, he even write in his book 10 I showed him. Just be careful guys with the price is tricky and it's not whole pizza for kids it's one slice by kid if you want to make sure you pay extra.
